World Class Cycling | Community Celebration | Lifestyle Wellness Celebration
World-class cycling returns to Maryland featuring Tour de France participants, World and National Champions and Olympians will race for the first time since the 1990s in the Maryland Cycling Classic, a one-day international event sanctioned by the Union Cycliste Internationale and USA Cycling.
The cycling event will be part of a weekend community celebration which will celebrate healthy lifestyle and living with participatory events, interactive exhibits, food and drink as well as other fun. The event will be broadcast internationally to more than 100 countries, sending a Postcard to the World on the sites and sounds of Maryland.

The event is endorsed by Maryland and Baltimore Civic leaders. The event is owned and operated by Maryland Sports, a non-profit organization. The race is being produced and publicized in partnership with, Medalist Sports and KOM Sports Marketing, long-time successful world-class event marketers and managers.
